How to wash your makeup brushes

Here's How I wash my brushes....

All you need is your makeup brushes of course, some Johnson's Baby Shampoo, warm water and a Sigma Dry 'N' Shape

I then wet the brushes and put a tiny amount of the shampoo onto my brushes swirl the bristles around in my hand so the makeup beginnings to remove. I do this step until the makeup has all completed been removed from the brush.

Also I make sure not to tilt the brush with the end down as you do not want water to get into the funnel of the brush! So just be careful not to get water in there.

Once I do this I then put each brush carefully into my Dry 'N' Shape as these makes my brushes keep their shape perfectly and it reduces the drying time by taking a lot of the moisture out of the brushes!

Aussie Aussome Volume Shampoo & Conditioner

I have tried sooooo many different Voluminous Shampoo's & Conditioners for over a year now. Many would work well in the beginning and then just not do what it would to my hair anymore. Until I found these beauties.

I have re-purchased and re-purchased these Aussie Aussome Volume Shampoo and Conditioners to death. Literally I have purchased over the amount I'd have ever expected, but it just does exactly what I wanted. My hair just feels incredibly soft after every use, everyone has commented on the softness to even making themselves by it. Not even mentioning the smell, its just a nice subtle scent that makes your hair smell fresh.

For the main purpose for thickening. It does just that! I cant believe the results of the thickness in my hair, without it my hair just looks so lifeless and dull. I'm just addicted to using this in my hair as I see great results every time!

Makeup Academy Undress Your Skin Highlighter

This was a newly released product from MUA's new range Undress Your Skin. I wanted to find a cheaper alternative to MAC's mineral skin finish highlighter so was looked for something similar to this.

I have tried so many highlighters in the past mainly benefit's Highbeam. The only problem I find with this is it can just look like you have too much on your face as it's not easy to dispute it evenly as the highlighter is liquid. So I looked for a baked powder highlighter in which I found MUA's new highlighter!

I use this every single time I do my makeup, for the price its so cheap yet so pigmented! I no longer need to find  a better highlighter as this one does exactly what I wanted from MAC'S mineral Skin Finish highlighter. For anyone looking for a cheaper version that does exactly the same giving you that right highlight to the areas the sun hits your face, then I believe this product is just for you!!

Have you tried this? Anyone else think MUA isnt as raved about as it should be?
 Whats your favourite highlighter?

Garnier's Soothing 2 in 1 makeup remover

Are you looking for a cheaper alternative to all the micellaire water's available? Well I have found just the thing! Just like you I do enjoy the more high brands, but for things like removing my makeup I feel I can find something a lot cheaper that does just the same!

I saw this is boots a few months back now and thought well why not try it as I needed a new makeup remover anyway as I ran out of my taaj micellaire water. So wow for a few quid, you would think ahh its just gonna remove majority, but not all the excess makeup.

Well this makeup remover is perfect for removing makeup on your entire face, even eye makeup! Just use this along with some large cotton pads as I do and your good to go! The feeling it leaves to your skin after is so soft and soothing. Your skin will feel incredible after, my boyfriend has even commented on how smooth my face feels when I've taken my makeup off.

So I would highly recommend this product for anyone who cannot afford to pay for the higher branded micellaire waters or just wants a cheaper alternative then give this one a whirl! It's even good for those of you with sensitive skin.

Seche Dry Fast Top Coat

[Full sized Seche Vite Fast Drying Top Coat]

I've been trying Seche's Dry Fast Top Coat for some months now. I have to admit it really does make your nail varnish dry quicker. It may cost quite a bit, but for people like me who are impatient and have to do other things while their nails are drying, its a god send! It does exactly what it says on the tin.

The only con I would have about this product is the fact I heard such good reviews about how good the fast drying time is. Yes it is fast, remarkable fast! But as a top coat on its own, its well not really any good! I used this as a topcoat as well as for the drying techniques, however, the next day I noticed my nails had chipped. Nearly every nail painted had chipped! So if you was looking for a top coat to keep your nail varnish in tact I wouldn't recommend this product. But if your looking for just a quick drying polish I'd recommend this and just use a top coat on top!

Benefit Eyecon

Benefits Eyecon wow it works wonders! All you need is the tiniest amount of product to put under your eyes before your foundation to let the magic happen. It helps to reduce the darkness of under eyes by brightening them.

I originally got a sample size tube of this. But I loved it so much I had to buy the full size product! It really has made a difference to my dark under eye circles. This along with Benefit's Erase Paste just go hand in hand together. I would recommend this along with the erase paste as it gives you even more of a boost to get rid of those dark circles! But this does still do the same if you were to just use Benefit's Eyecon!

What are your thoughts? Have you tried this before?

Benefit Erase Paste

[Benefit's Erase Paste in the shade fair ]

Wow!! Benefit's Erase Paste this stuff.... is amazing!! Okay it may be pricey for a little tub you'll think, but I will tell you I have been using this stuff for months now and I've barely made a dent in the product.

I would have to say this concealer is my favourite concealer, it's my holy grail! I just love how it no only hides blemishes really well, but the way it conceals my dark circles is perfect. The erase paste really makes me look more awake and like I have just had an incredibly long sleep compared to the 6 or 7 hours I've actually had!

Give it a go yourself and tell me if you don't love this stuff!
